We aim to ship most orders within 1-3 working days but this might be slightly longer during busy times.

Delivery, once shipped, is usually 2 working days as we use a courier service, but it might be longer in exceptional circumstances.

Please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.

A signature is not required upon delivery. If no one is available to take delivery of the item, the courier will leave the item in a safe place or they will take it back to the local delivery office for you to contact to rearrange delivery.

Turnaround
We aim to dispatch all orders placed within 1-2 days (Service available Monday to Friday) (Excluding Weekend & Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 2PM will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays).
